Small Print is a little shop that I'm not hugely familiar with but on a tired and dreary autumn morning, I must say it was a sweet place to find myself for an hour or two. The coffee warmed my cold bones as I slipped back in the chair and let the caffeine kick in - when we arrived at Small Print for our Coffee of Perth ventures, I was quite far from being awake.
As a coffee shop situated in the new heart of Perth's business world, Suits seemed to be an incredibly apt title for our Small Print photo journals, which only became more apparent on that chilly morning. Office workers swung in and out, glancing over the Financial Review or the Australian as they waited for their order. A few stayed in, discussing business or swapping office gossip in mostly hushed tones, as baristas expertly poured shots behind the Strada machine.
As I watched everything going on around me, I couldn't help but to think that Small Print would be the perfect place to join the pack - discussing business and swapping ideas while the sun rises enough to warm the glass and steel towers that line the Terrace.
Coffee of Perth is a collaborative project between DineWhitMe and Rhianna May to compare our chosen photographic mediums and share our coffee loves, so be sure to mosey on over to Whit's space (which this week also includes some rather nifty photography advice, that I probably should have used while we were sipping away at Small Print. Heh). :)
